I have been disappointed with the product. Absolutely no insulation on the front of the hot tub, which has caused electric bills to be higher than hot tubs four times the size. The front panel has vent slots large enough for easy access for mice, and the design of the access panel has screws which are impossible to get back in the original holes (the screws came from the factory bored in holes other than the pre-drilled holes). On the plus side, the hot tub is exactly the right size for two adults.

We ordered a 6 person hot tub with a great discount. ! day later the company called and asked if I'd like an upgraded package. I agreed to do the add on. We waited 6 weeks for our spa to be made. 2 days before it was due to arrive the company called to tell me they had the wrong tub being delivered and that they would cancel the item and get us the upgraded unit. The delivering company proceeded to call me for the next 3 days attempting to deliver the wrong spa to me. I came to find out that the order was never canceled. I eventually received the correct order another 4 weeks later. This was a huge inconvenience for me and my family.
