Order confirmed on april 27, 2024. Tracking provided on may 28, 2024 (but tracking number was invalid). Emailed customer support to get the correct tracking info instantly, they said it will update itself with due time. It is july 10th today and the tracking number is still invalid and customer service has stopped responding to my email inquiries. I understand shipping will take time and I have no problem waiting, but at this moment I have no idea if the package has been shipped or where it is because i haven’t been able to track it at all. Customer support at the beginning were great, but now there’s absolutely no response from their side, and i have no clue if I’ll be getting my order or not. No. 103630

I don’t know what’s going on, I placed a order and it was supposed to be for New Jersey, but it went from New York to Chicago and now it’s preparing to go out for delivery. Miscommunication on my part. Problem fixed. Thanks customer support !! Edit: package came with no box and the quality was very bad not even close to 1:1 I told customer support , they said they will send another but it took them 9 days to ship . Let’s see how it goes Edit: date 30th march 2024. I have received the package the quality is even worse than the first and it’s very flimsy again, not even close to 1:1 at all!!! Big giveaway. My rating has gone down to a 1 star, I wrote them a email and they haven’t responded yet it’s been over 8h. Let’s see how this goes. Depending on the answer I will change the review.
