PennyGrab is fun. I won an Amazon gift card through game play. I arrived within one week.

Have been on PG for over 2 years now and it is still my absolute favorite site. Lots of auctions across broad range of products and product values. Great features like on-site chat and trading marketplace. Game options, blitz options, BIN options, free to bid auctions -- what more could you ask for. Except FREE SHIPPING on most all things AND they ship weekly so no waiting and wondering if your wins will ever arrive. When I play regularly, I typically get two shipments per week. Also great account documentation which makes win inventory tracking/alignment very easy. Best site you will find if reserves are your game. Come check it out. Veterans are very friendly and helpful to newbies!!!

I did have a good review for this site but chose to delete it due to changes in PennyGrabs site and support team. To be fair, Yes, they do ship quickly and have been fair in the past with me. Back then, deals were great and the site was busy most of the time when I went on to bid. The items used to refresh every once in a while so that it did not get boring. Now, it has changed. Items go for much more or higher than they used to. The items pretty much stay the same and also the timer grabs are less than entertaining because of what you win. Used to be small items mixed in with gift cards and a couple of big items. Now mostly small bid buckets and game plays. Selection is not so exciting. The chat feature has changed into a box where people put down others who don't play in a certain way or the way they want them to. Although their are good people who do peruse it sometimes to cheer others on their are several bad apples so to speak who stir the pot any chance they get. Mostly are new people not the veterans of the site. This is bad for morale on the site in my opinion. And now the emails that I used to send out for info or problems etc. to support do not get returned anymore. I have sent multiple emails stating problems that I've had on the site as well as concerns that I thought PennyGrab would respond to in their best interest to keep customers coming back for more. But multiple emails go unanswered. I don't know what is going on, on the site, because their are no emails sent out to verify any changes or updates on what PennyGrab is up to now or in the future. I wrote this new review because it is the only way I knew to get their attention. I used to love getting on the site and minding my own business and having fun just trying to win something at a great price. But now it's getting to be a hassle and getting very, very expensive to win anything, reserves are much higher most of the time and then throw in users who sit on chat all day with nothing better to do than insult other users who do not "share" as they call it the wins that are going on, on the site. No one is required to play a certain way. It is your own money and you play to the best of your ability to win something for that money or lose it all just to please other people you don't know by giving them wins that they do not go and get themselves or pay for. PennyGrab so far can be trusted to send your wins out and their bid prices are reasonable but my top 2 complaints right now are items going for much more than they used to so bargains are rare and no replies to emails. PennyGrab please fix this!! I have no problem coming back to the site if these issues are fixed and also coming back to this site and change my review to a more positive one, but if not I'll be one of the many who have left the site recently and have taken their money with them to be spent elsewhere. I gave 3 stars based on more bad than good at this time.....

If you have a few bucks to spend you will have fun - I made the mistake of spending thousands of dollars for very little return! Don't do that! I regret it!

Great site, been there since the beginning. Never had a problem, other than the occasional snipers and pennypinchers.

I guess I am stupid or something. I have bid and bid and bid and still can't get what I bid on! I have stayed up over night, all day and didn't eat, sleep or go to the restroom and I still lost what I wanted so badly for a GREAT Son!!!!
