If I could give it 0 star I would
If I could give it 0 star I would. First the website doesn't provide clear instruction in their application workflow. If no qualified event, then what? I ended up spending time waiting and then called them on 8/12 (off course, waiting time was long too). I got an answer "You need to re-submit my tax return with REV-1882 and you will get an Access code to purse coverage". I did and waited.. 40+ days passed, I called on 9/25, then was told, "I apologized, the previous rep didn't give you clear instruction, after you submit your tax return, you need to fill out the SEP attestation form that you can download online and email to them. I did. 5 days passed. I raised a ticket about the access code and the ticket was immedaited closed "resolved" with an answer "you are confused. you need to file out the form"... appaarently. woever handle the case (1) can't read... I specifically say, I did file out the form and email to the email address I was given", (2) Gaslighter.... Which part I am confused...and where is the customer courtesy or customer training?
