Great customer service!
Customer service replaced my rod and I only paid shipping! Great customer service and support! Replaced Squadron IV 9’ surf rod!

I actually had a good experience with…
I actually had a good experience with Penn. My reel a spinfisher 6, broke after a couple years of use. I sent it in for repair and they sent me a brand new spinfisher 7. I wasnt expecting that and am very greatful. I will buy Penn again. Jered

I've used older Penn reels for decades…
I've been using Penn reels since the early60's and currently own 10 of them. I recently purchased a Penn 9M that was delivered with a stripped mounting stand screw. Getting in touch with Penn was PITA, involving multiple phone calls and e-mails. HOWEVER, once we connected Penn immediately did the right thing and shipped me the replacement parts free of charge. Their customer service people were helpful, understanding and efficient. My next reel will also be a Penn.
