After two months with Penji, we’ve been happy with the work. They’re responsive, open to feedback, and willing to take calls when needed. It sometimes takes a few revision rounds, but they always get the job done. Pepe, (Our AD) in particular, has been great—very engaged and quick to respond. A bit more attention to the brief upfront would be helpful, but overall it’s been a solid experience"
