Hey team, we wish you were able to use off of the service more. We have an entire team dedicated and specialized in multiple areas of design. Although you may now know the value you have now, all it takes is one project to have that light bulb moment.

Our organization was able to participate in the Penji for Nonprofits program. The program is great for organizations that do not have a dedicated communication or marketing team to work on design services. As part of the program, we received unlimited graphic design help, as many design projects as you want (we asking for logos, business cards, and stationary, and even provide access for several members of your team to the platform to submit requests. I do wish there was a bit more of an "onboarding to your brand" as it would have made projects more efficient. For an organization that has never worked with a design firm before we weren't sure how to express exactly what we wanted. Overall a great asset for organizations though.

Penji has been a great addition to my team. Be patient with the designers and don't be afraid to ask for another designer if the first doesn't work out. Once you find someone who blends well with your brand vision you will be happy. The turnaround time on projects is better than any other designers I have worked with.
