PenjiReviews of penji.co

Penji has been an incredible support across all of my brands. I run multiple businesses and have launched many different brands, each with its own style, audience and requirements. Their team consistently understands the brief and delivers high quality work that feels right for each individual business. Having one reliable design team that can work across so many different brands has saved me a huge amount of time and made the entire process much easier. They are responsive, professional and always willing to make changes until the design is exactly where it needs to be. Penji has become an important part of how I launch, grow and manage my brands. I would highly recommend them to any business owner who needs consistent, professional design support across multiple projects.

I've tried more than a few of these creative services and so far, Penji is the best of the best! Their system to submit project requests is one of the simplest and most streamlined. Their designers are obviously familiar with the industries I'm working in AND they incorporate their own creativity from the first go-around, so no copy and paste Canva templates. Their project management team is communicative and diligent. Turnaround time on projects beats most competitors out there. And best of all, the designs have performed in my client's ad accounts. If you're a media buyer like me, or a business looking to beef up your creative output for ads or social media, my advice is to stop shopping around and give Penji a try. They've been a valuable addition to my company.

We've had an excellent experience with Penji. The amount of value we've received compared to the time and cost involved has been outstanding. Our team is able to produce a much higher volume of quality marketing materials than we could on our own, and the process is simple and efficient. A big part of that has been our Art Director, Luis. He's been incredibly helpful, communicative, and easy to work with. He understands our brand, provides thoughtful guidance when needed, and consistently helps keep projects moving. Having someone who knows our style and can translate our ideas into polished designs has made a huge difference. Overall, Penji has become an important part of our marketing workflow, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-value design partner.

We've been using Penji for several years, and they have become an important extension of our team. As a church, we need high-quality graphic design that is creative, reliable, and affordable, and Penji has consistently delivered. One of the things I appreciate most is how much their customer service has improved over the years. Projects are assigned quickly, communication is responsive, and because many of their designers work in different time zones, I can often submit a request one day and have quality work waiting for me the next morning. Like any creative service, not every designer is the perfect fit. My advice is simple: if a designer isn't understanding your vision or isn't listening carefully, don't hesitate to request someone else. Penji makes that process easy, and once you find the right designer, they truly become part of your team. Our most recent experience has been exceptional. We developed a large project for our parish called CANTICO: A Franciscan Prayer Circuit in our church. Our designer, Lorenz, was outstanding. His patience, good taste, attention to detail, and willingness to collaborate made him feel less like a contractor and more like a creative partner invested in the success of the project. The leadership at Penji has also been consistently responsive and genuinely interested in making sure clients have a positive experience. Every year I've worked with them, they've found ways to improve their service. I recommend Penji without hesitation. If you're looking for an affordable, professional graphic design service that values long-term relationships and great customer support, they're an excellent choice.

I've worked with a number of creative services and design teams over the years, and Penji has easily been the best experience we've had so far. Their team is incredibly responsive, turnaround times are fast, and the quality of work has consistently exceeded our expectations. One of the things I appreciate most is their willingness to iterate and collaborate until the final product is right. The designers genuinely seem invested in producing quality work rather than simply checking a box and moving on to the next request. That said, there are a few areas where I think the experience could be improved. The queue and project funnel system can feel a bit awkward at times, especially when managing multiple priorities. It's not a dealbreaker, but there is definitely a learning curve, and some projects require more revisions than I'd like before landing exactly where we need them. I also wish additional active queues were more affordable. As our workload has grown, we've found ourselves wanting more concurrent capacity, but the jump in cost can be difficult to justify for smaller teams. My biggest criticism is around Boosts. While I understand the intent behind them, I don't love that they consume active queue slots and can still require multiple rounds of revisions. When you're paying extra to accelerate a project, it would be nice to see a little more flexibility in how those requests are handled. Even with those criticisms, the positives far outweigh the negatives. The quality, consistency, communication, and speed of the Penji team have made them an invaluable partner for our business. Out of all the design services and creative teams we've worked with, Penji has delivered the best overall experience, and they've become a trusted extension of our organization. If you're looking for a reliable design partner and understand how to work within their system, I would absolutely recommend giving Penji a try.

Penji is an incredible service. The quality and volume of graphic design they make is unbelievable! You will not regret working with this amazing team.

Penji has been a great partner for us and our company. The speed and efficiency we have with Penji is exponentially more than what we are used to with designers on staff. Our art director Gisselle, is great at refining our ideas into effective designs and making sure the right designers get assigned to our project. 10/10 would recommend!

Our brand has had a great experience with Penji, they have quality design professionals in a variety of fields. It has been a great outsourcing addition to our team, so we can focus in the strategic future of our company.
