Hey Frani, Thank you for this review as it's an ongoing question for our customers at Penji. Within our scope of work (Located here: https://penji.co/scope-of-service/) it states that we do not work within WordPress, nor do we offer coding as a service. The word web design can be misleading to some, as most people clump development into the web design process. At Penji, we see them as two elements. Penji specifically offers web design and only the design portion. We do have multiple partners that can help you with this. I see we've sent them to you already via email. Either way, we appreciate the honest review and are sorry for the frustration.

Hey Vinyasa, we completely understand the importance of a phone call and Penji doesn't shy away from speaking to our customers. Penji has an intuitive dashboard that allows you to not only communicate with your designers but also allow you to schedule a call with a support representative. To ensure the best experience, we kindly ask to schedule a call with our customer support team in advance as they receive a lot of inquiries daily. We do this so our customer support team can be well prepared and placed into a position to solve your issue. We're sorry your experience wasn't what you were hoping for and we wish that would could have delivered an experienced that's may be more familiar to your past experience.

Hey Sophie, thank you for your review. After checking your account, your projects did in fact have the files within it. Unfortunately you clicked on the Preview option and not the source files themselves. We not only sent you detailed instructions on how to do this within Penji, but we sent over the files and instructions via email to reduce the amount of confusion. We understand and respect your decision on this review, however, we'd love for you to revisit this review and potentially let us know how we are doing outside of this specific and unique issue. Thanks and good luck!

Hey MD, we completely understand where you're coming from. Cheesy templates are not fair. After reviewing your account and projects, we determined that your projects did not use a template. You've mentioned that you wanted your custom illustrations to look an exact way within your project, which is what we did. To ensure the project is 100% unique to you, we modified the project by 70% so it can be classified as custom. This is a standard design principle used by all designers and a practice used by all. I can assure you that we did not use a template but followed the instructions provided to us by your team.

John, great question! We traded 3rd party connectivity with 1st party functionality enabling you to organize, scale, and masterfully integrate Penji as part of your company. Our software is dedicated to providing a seamless experience for you to communicate with our designers and get quality work turned around. What's unique about our App is our A.I. assigns your project to the best designer from a pool of close to 1K creatives. That way, you'll always have the best designer for the job.

Hi Chauneille, that's a fantastic question! At Penji, our A.I. pairs each project with the best matched designer. The designer working on your logo, may not be the best fit for business cards, letter heads, etc. Your project essentially was 3 separate projects. To ensure the highest level of quality and care, we separated for you to make sure our system assigns the best fit designer for each project. Overall, based on the project review, you seemed satisfied with the results. Please let us know how else we can be of assistance. Thank you for leaving us a review. Good or bad, we greatly appreciate your feedback!
