The team assign to myself has been very helpful and understanding. Starting from Richard Austin explaining the process, Danny Brown and the transition to Steve Wilson as project managers has gone smoothly. Steve kept the process going forward and communications have been great! All suggestions have been addressed in a timely matter. I am very happy with the process and am looking forward to the completion of the book.

I have received wonderful communication with those I have worked with at this company; specifically Steve and Danny. I feel like they have been kind and courteous and very professional.

Danny was truly phenomenon throughout the process by providing clear path, guidance and expertise. The regular check ins and support provided was not what I expected. I appreciate you care amd thoroughness ensuring that my personal goal was reached.

A very nice publication.Very impressive

The staff was able to take my words and bring them to life. The account manager William Brooks was able to assist me all through the process. I would highly recommend the organization and look forward to working with them again.

I would like to share my experience working with my project manager, William Brooks, on the publication of my book The Chronicle of the Jar and the Rod. The work done by William and his team was flawless—straightforward, efficient, and free of complications. Since this was my first book, I expected the process to feel intimidating and difficult. Instead, William guided me at every step with clarity and reassurance, always offering recommendations that proved to be in my best interest. One of my personal frustrations is dealing with procrastination, but William was the complete opposite—he responded promptly and kept everything moving forward. His professionalism and dedication made the entire journey not only manageable but truly enjoyable. If my finances allowed me to publish the next two books in the series right now, I would not hesitate for a moment to work with William again.
