Haley (Stringfellow) is honest, helpful and constructive! I felt like I was having a genuine conversation versus a cliche of auto responses. She had a pleasant sense of humor. I enjoyed speaking with her.

I'm saying it up front, I did not order their services. From my previous interaction with them, they insisted on having my phone number and email before they even gave me the basic information about their services, which I feel I should know what I'm getting into before they ask for my information. Their cost for editing, formatting, and covers range in the thousands. I wish they would give the information up front before asking for you information.

Haley Stringfellow is the current customer service rep i am working with. She has been very informative and understanding during this whole process. As a first-time publisher it can be a bit intimidating and of course you want to make the right decisions. So, thank you Haley for making this a pleasant experience.

The process was a little slower that I hoped but I had solid customer service the whole way. I was able to email, or text the person who over saw the publication of my book and they responded quickly. Good people!!!
