The sneakers look exactly like the pic. Very pretty color. Excellent quality. Nice padding and so comfortable. I love them.

The sneakers I purchased are horrible. There is no way to get them on my feet. The design of the heel and the ties does not allow enough space to get your foot into the sneaker. I would like to return them...How do I do that?
