The sales Lady text me personally and told me what she would do for me, because the shoes I ordered was not in stock, she received a text from me at home after hours, and responded. Never had nothing like that to happen to me, and I order a lots of shoes.

Dear Ms. Hajim, Thank you for your review... Although its a one star, but will accept it because we know that we didn't make a mistake in your order . per our communication, all the sizes on our website are US sizes , when you order a size 7.5 we will ship a 7.5US, we have so many brands that we have to unite the sizing to one US size.you ordered the wrong size (your ordered one size smaller that you needed) that is what your received.

A wonderful shoe store.
Vast collection of good shoes, great customer service and prompt delivery. I called to ask about products to take care of the new shoe I bought and she recommended the correct/best product and also offered free shipping on it. I am a happy customer!
