This company does not care about their customers. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. AI purchased a pair of sandals, but they did not fit. I am a size 13 wide. According the Pelle Line, all shoes they sell are medium width. I immediately notified the company and prepared the shoes for return. The vendor to told me that he would issue a full refund only if the shoes were not worn, which I viewed as understandable, an informed me that he would return them to me if he found otherwise. I had just received the shoes, and I affirmed they had not been worn. I assured him I would return them immediately . The vendor then requested that I return the shoe AT MY COST. (Shipping fee $21). Upon return, he claimed that the shoe appeared worn at the bottom (photos evidenced otherwise). He was unsuccessful with his scam attempt to keep the shoes, however, to add insult to the injury he deducted $8.75 from my refund for a restocking fee!! Be sure the shoe fits because you're risking your money with these guys!! :-/

The website has an excellent online presence with a great display of shoe products. The purchasing process was seamless and user-friendly. My order was shipped immediately, and I received the shoes within just a couple of days. I continue to be highly impressed with the efficiency and service!
