Great Customer Service
I had to get in touch with yall cause my husband still hasn't recieved his pic and it's been over 12 days now but they got back to me pretty fast , I just wish it was faster cause he still didn't get them and it keeps saying 5 to 7 days..still nothing I guess it's in the inspection process....

Getting pictures to my loved one in a timely manner. Thank you You have improved your service & made it more affordable for me. I send my son jokes mostly to help brighten his day & the officers as my son posts them on his cell bars & they love reading them and it brightens their day also.

The speediness of the delivery has been on point. I can’t fault the company for how long it takes for him to receive it, as that’s based upon the facility but I can say when I’ve had issues or concerns, customer service responds in a timely manner, is very informative and has tried to help as much as possible.
