It costs too much to send only 10 photos at a time to prisons in Iowa. I have spent over 30.00 just for shipping & handling. Can not afford to send pictures this way very often. Corporate greed is at play here.

I'm an older parent and I was so thankful to find the Pelipost App user friendly . Prices to send pictures was fair . Also happy they have nice cards to send to loved ones . Loved the fact you could send a message along with pictures .

My brother still hasn’t received his photos. The order date was 2-9-2023 and the status reads arrived. I had to leave a review since there is no listed contact information. Update: I realized that I did not change my brother’s institution after he was moved. My previous review was a result of my misunderstanding. Customer service was supportive, timely and very professional. I will continue to use Pelipost to send my brother photos.

Pelipost makes it way easier and faster to share pictures and short messages with my fiancé. I‘ve been using the app for about 1.5 years now and all the pictures I‘ve sent always got there in time. You can even track your order which is very helpful as well! The costumer service is amazing and replies super fast whenever there are questions.
