You have problems with your K-Cups in the K2 version coffee maker. All other K-cups work in our K2 unit, while I average 1 out of 3 DO NOT WORK! When I try to report this on your website, via your email, I’m blocked since I don’t have a direct account! I really like your coffee, but your support is in the toilet. And, this problem started months ago.
