Fell Apart: Pair #1 snapped at the bridge week 1 with zero dropping or trauma to the glasses. Just snapped. Pair #2 lasted an entire 4 months before also falling apart with no trauma to them. They were in my pocket, pulled them out and a piece of plastic fell off rendering them unusable. Other cheap online glasses are just as flimsy and half the price and last longer.

I've been a Peepers fan for over 20 years and have always loved their styles, colors, & durability. I have purchased over 20 pairs of readers and bifocals over this time. HOWEVER, the quality and durability have declined significantly. The last 4 pair I have purchased have been defective. Screws that won't stay in; frames that snap for no reason; and poor customer service. I'm done!

I had been buying Peepers for years and used to love the company and their products. Company has gone downhill. Bought two pairs of the same readers and both broke in the same exact spot. After many phone calls to customer service, it was such a hassle to get them replaced or refunded, I am giving up. No more Peepers for me!

I have been ordering Peepers readers for about 25 years and increasing the strength as my eyes needed over the years. I've been complimented on them by many people. The last pair I ordered had extremely thin frames and ear pieces and a thin gray piece of felt that looked like a rag for the case that I'd be embarassed to use. The case used to be made of very from very sturdy fabric that never wore out. This is a poor way to make a bigger profit from a once decent product. Charge a little more like everyone else instead of degrading a once good product. .

Because of Oprah Winfrey, peepers rose to fame, they didn’t keep up with the quality and the style that they had in the beginning. It’s now just a cheap drugstore shop with a nice website.

I have bought three pairs and they only last two months before the frames crack ...poor quality.

I bought a pair, loved them, and bought another, both from Amazon. The second pair broke, they demanded photos, which I provided, and I got my money back. Then the first pair broke, past the 30 days return, so after more hassle and complaining I got a partial refund. Both pairs were useless withing two months. They both broke while I was wearing them--the frame snapped and the lens popped out! Never again, Peepers.

I have two pairs of Peepers reading glasses with different frame styles and both frames haver cracked below the lenses. Cute frames and styles but they are junk, no durability. Don't waste your money.
