I purchased a pair of Peepers glasses. The style was very unique. The frame appeared to be very sturdy, though I did have a problem. For the heck of it, I decided to reach out to the company through their website. I received a reply within the hour,on a Sunday no less. I then sent an explanation of my problem and I included a photo. I received a replacement within a week.The customer service is excellent. I would purchase another pair and recommend them to my friends.

I received a second complement yesterday in just this week for my Peepers progressive glasses. I get at least one complement a week since I purchased them 6 months ago. Out of box, the prescription was perfect at all lengths - distance, computer/arms length and reading - I've had lots of returns with other prescriptions and glasses in the past with other companies. Plus, I have a habit of dropping my glasses ( and my slippery cell phone) all the time - I am impressed at the durability of the Peepers glasses - dropped glasses haven't resulted in a broken frame nor a scratched lens. I also love that they are lightweight. This summer, I purchased the same progressives in a sunglass from Peepers - I love them too, as I can actually see my phone screen in the daylight with them on while feeling an immediate difference in glare. My optometrist recommended them to me, and I want to pass on that recommendation - the price is low but not the quality!

I love my 2 new pair of peepers. They fit really well and the quality is excellent. I will be ordering more. I am so happy! I am also happy that they arrived so quickly. I ordered them on Sunday and the arrived today, Wednesday.

I ordered a pair of readers through Amazon in January 2022. Just today they broke due to a manufacturing issue. I contacted Peepers via phone and after providing them with some further information and pictures via email, a replacement pair is being shipped to me. Very good experience. Would recommend!

Unfortunately I needed to return my order because my face was smaller than the chosen glasses but I had one of the best mail order experiences. The products were of substantial quality, mailed simply in a small sturdy container and the return process was the easiest I’ve ever encountered. The return label was sent quickly and simply at no cost, it fit over the existing label, one piece of packing tape secured the box and my account was reimbursed the next day. What a way to do a business. Keep up the great work.

I have ordered reading glasses from Peepers at least 6 times over the years with multiple glasses per order. I wish they would update their style again - more like Caddis, etc but for now, I am happy with some of their oversized readers. Quick shipping - they use Fed Ex for expedited shipping and I buy from anyone that uses them because they are so reliable. ( as opposed to On Trac or the dreaded USPS ) Good return policy with fast refunds. Excellent overall

I love the reading glasses that I got from Peeperspecs. Trendy, high quality and affordable. I have been shopping around for a long time and I am really glad that I made my purchase at Peeper's.
