I've been waiting over three months since the purchase, and I still have no access. Every time I contact the customer service, they cannot give me an estimated time when I'm expecting to receive the service, and they repeat the "it takes some time" reply. So I decided to ask them the cut-out time when they give up and cancel my order as I've been told that they sometimes to fail to give the access. The exact quote; "We are able to retrieve data from 8 in 10 private accounts. So yes, sometimes we are not able to retrieve the data. " So it is natural for me to ask the cut-out timeframe, and they should have that as a business, but they are just avoiding to reply on the question. Like they cannot possibly expect people to wait for five years... I'm beyond frustrated and stressed, and I would just like to discontinue waiting at this point, but of course they cannot give me the timeframe or a refund. I feel trapped. To people who are considering using this service, please rethink and don't fall for the trap like I did.
