They delivered my order to a previous address on file and to an address that had a certain business name which is different to the actual one. Now I don't know where us my irder; which is a birthday gift to my fiancé. Trying reaching a manager which is proving to be near impossible. They corrected the mistake and they promptly delivered my order, though it took more than 2 calls and a few emails. I'm satisfied.

My original review of this company was 1 star but one of the Customer Service Specialist got back to be and apologised for the bad service and lack of communication. I was offered £45 refund. The pearls are nice - the gift box could be better . more square rather than long rectangle.
