I placed an order but had some email issues. I contacted the company on a weekend and I received a prompt response, even though they were closed for a holiday. When I changed my mind about the item I ordered, they promptly cancelled my order and immediately processed a refund. Taking into consideration my order cancellation, they provided outstanding and prompt customer support. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I originally ordered a AAA Aoya Pearl necklace, but I found out that my girlfriend's mom had already bought one for my girlfriend. So I cancelled the order a few days later.
