I cannot thank Pearl Lovers enough. I had lost my Tahitian blue pearl. The loose pearl I purchased arrived with a beautiful certificate of authenticity. It is a beautiful Pearl! I also made a mistake in my order of a lavender pearl. I ordered a full drill by mistake and they quickly helped me replace my Pearl with a half drill Pearl which I needed! I will definitely be using Pearls Lover again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The jewelry is beautiful! I needed to exchange an item and they were very easy to work with and very accommodating. They made the exchange process so easy. I love my black tahetian pearl pendant!

After several emails Pearslover corrected my complaint in a timely and professional way. They paid close attention to my return and mailing issues and refunded the original purchase. I purchased a different type of earrings from them since the style I ordered did not fit my earlobes. Teresa guided me to another style and helped reolve the problem. The quality of the earrings was excellent

I ordered Tahitian Diamond pearl earring and a diamond pearl pendant in rose gold. Both the pieces were beautiful. I am so happy with my purchase, waiting to wear for special occasions. It came 2 weeks delayed but it was worth the wait.
