Worst customer service. No one answers the phone ever! They don’t return messages even though they say they will and to not leave another one. Awful all the way around

Very poor customer service, or lack thereof. I've been a customer for years, and it has only gotten worse over time; furthermore, calls, and/or messages aren't returned. I DO NOT recommend this bank; don't walk, RUN, with great urgency.

I was happy with the interest rate until it was reduced because I had built up a good balance. When I complained, I was told to close my account and open a new one. The next day, I withdraw all my money and moved it to CVE CAPITAL where the interest are really interesting.

I opened an account ten days ago. The amount i funded just showed up today. The linked bank account i set up (and used to fund the account) is not visible in my dashboard and it will not allow me to add one. I’ve logged three requests online over the past seven days, and they have all gone unanswered. I now just want my money back and the account closed. So i called them today and left a message. No one answers the phone. They have not called me back. I have seen no customer support response and would not recommend them.

I OPENED my account, then I received an email stating I had insufficient funds, after which I called immediately. I received a voice mail stating you were closed. I responded to email , asking how can i receive message about insufficient funds, if you are closed. I was advised, employee was working, despite bank being closed. She stated "insufficient funds" was incorrect, after I informed her that my account had ample funds to cover the transfer. She stated I had incorrect account number; however, there was no way to verify this on Peak website. I wanted to add a different external account. I received a message that there is no ability to add an external account, despite following steps taken in a recent email for adding accounts. Upon attempting to transfer, I receiva a prompt stating that I require 2 accounts to make a transfer. I would give you a D- so far. or 1.5 stars. Thank you for assisting me in wasting hours.

Website did not include information as to if they offered joint accounts what the daily/monthly transfer ACH transfer limits were. Per website sent email to customerservice 'at ' peak.bank with these questions. Been over a month with no response.

My biggest complaint with Peak Bank would be their customer service or LACK there of. Next to impossible to reach anyone via chat & email and NO way to actually speak to a living person. They claim to be a division of Idaho First Bank, but when I called Idaho First Bank's headquarters they couldn't help me at all with my account or connect me with anyone who could. Mind you that when I log into my Peak Bank acct. it says Idaho First Bank and nowhere on the site does it say Peak Bank. Slow & limited funds transfers, no-one to help with issues,.....Yeah I'm OUT!

Rudest and most dishonest "Bank" I've dealt with. Avoid at all costs!!!!
