This is your tracking number: 779944341884, and anyone can track it on the FedEx website publicly. No one can manipulate it, as we cannot list it as delivered until it is delivered in real-time. The problem is you used an unreliable third-party warehouse. They are denying to you about the shipment they received., This is something that we are not responsible for 🙏. However, we are tried to provide you with so a possible solutions. And regarding the refund, it is not meeting the FedEx policy as it was successfully delivered to the exact given address by you, and the warehouse employee signed for it.
