I requested documentation, but Peacock Beauty Wholesale never provided invoices or supply chain documentation. Furthermore, the products are counterfeit, not genuine. Once received, they cannot be returned.

Hello, what is the validity of your invoices by Amazon? If we sell these products on Amazon, will there be a loss to our account with a fake complaint? What documents do you provide to Amazon to prove the originality of the product?
Response from Peacock Beauty WholesaleMar 30, 2025
Thank you for reaching out with your questions. We are happy to assist you with any concerns regarding our invoices, product authenticity, and Amazon compliance. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly, and we will be glad to provide the necessary information. However, leaving a 1-star rating on Trustpilot just to ask a question is not fair, as reviews should reflect actual experiences with our products and services.

Their website has been down for a few days now. Have they gone bust?

The website was under maintenance for only two days, but it is now fully functional and working fine.

Scam, poor communication. Beware.

The shopping experience is good, their website is good, their way of buying is easy, their WhatsApp support is good too. The problem is that they send you the product and they don't make sure it arrives. They sent it to me via Fedex, they listed the shipment as delivered, but they never delivered it to me. I ask them to please make a claim with Fedex, they tell me yes, it will take 2 weeks for them to give me a refund, and those 2 weeks have already passed and they haven't given me my money back. I'm here, waiting for this company to return my funds, and I will buy from them again to find out if they really comply or not. At the moment they don't give me a solution or an answer. Fedex says it delivered, but it didn't do so at the address we gave it. There is no help from this company, it ships and if Fedex delivers anywhere and says "delivered" the problem is yours and there are no solutions.

Hi We received your order, and as committed, we provided top-quality service. We packed securely and shipped and delivered by FedEx fastest service at 11/15/24 at 1:33 PM and we delivered the order to the exact given address. This is your tracking number: 779944341884, and anyone can track it on the FedEx website publicly. No one can manipulate it, as we cannot list it as delivered until it is delivered in real-time. The problem is you used an unreliable third-party warehouse. They are denying to you about the shipment they received., This is something that we are not responsible for 🙏. However, we are tried to provide you with so a possible solutions. And regarding the refund, it is not meeting the FedEx policy as it was successfully delivered to the exact given address by you, and the warehouse employee signed for it. And we can offer refund for the lost and damaged products without any question, Thanks

BIG SCAMMER
Response from Peacock Beauty WholesaleNov 22, 2024
After checking our records, we noticed you haven’t made any purchases with us. You asked if we could provide a pre-invoice without placing an actual order, and after we gave an honest and clear response that we can't provide any fake invoices, you left a false review. Calling us a scam without ever using our services is unfair and untrue. We take pride in helping many businesses with great support throughout their orders, and our history shows our dedication to customer satisfaction.
