Excellent customer service. Peachy Men team member Jake was especially helpful. Beware of imposter products and buy only from their, Peachy Men website. Thanks, again.

There was an issue with my original order, that was no fault of the company. But customer was kind, professional and above all very fast! I was very impressed! The issue was corrected, and I am very happy with both the company and the products!

I placed an order a week ago and the seller has yet to ship my product to me. I have reached out to support 3 days ago and they haven’t responded. They appear to be more responsive on this site, however. Which tells me they’re more concerned with appearances instead of actual customer service.
Response from PeachymenOct 12, 2026
Hi Justin, You're right to be frustrated, and we're sorry. Going 3 days without hearing back from our support team isn't acceptable, and that's on us. We've checked your order. It shipped on October 2nd, and the carrier attempted delivery on October 10th. Please check for a delivery notice at your door or mailbox. The package may be waiting for you at your local post office. We're also reaching out to you directly today with your tracking number so we can make sure it gets to you. The Peachy Men Team
