Thanks a ton for sharing your feedback with us. Apologies for any confusion regarding the pricing – we aim to be transparent about our offerings, but it seems like we might have missed the mark here. Your input's been most valuable.

I have to check my e-mail
I have to check my e-mail, to see if it went through. Otherwise, I feel things went well and the Form was easy to understand.

Do not sign up for this website!
Said I could sign up for a free trail to download my document, then proceeded to charge my card without my consent. Probably something in the fine print I missed. Such a scummy way to get money out of people. If you're going to advertise you're service as free then actually make it FREE.

Appreciate your feedback, and we're glad to hear it's meeting your needs. Is there anything we can do to bump that middle-of-the-road rating up a notch, though?
