Since the site has been updated I'am unable to log into my account. I have messaged pctshop on the site 3 times about this issue with no response. I'm awaiting a much needed order and can not veiw tracking information or confirm it has even been shipped because of the new site not recognizing my screen name after being a customer for 5 years now.

Customer service was good, quick to reply and sort some account issues regarding to the website. But hard to review the products supplied as its still in transit for over a month now.

The products have always been amazing. The shipping is absolutely terrible. From the time I paid for it to the time I receive my product was about three weeks. it’s coming from 8 driving hours away
