PctshopReviews of pctshop.com

Awesome, trustworthy, reliable, and just the sh$!!

Has anyone been able to get into PCTSHOP. I click on the link, and my laptop says can't reach this page. Has anything changed in the email address or website? please send me the address if its changed. Thank you

Received absolutely nothing that I ordered.

2nd time customer. I split my order between US domestic and international to save on money. Us domestic arrived first obviously. International order took a bit for usps to get package but it’s still arrived 5 days early than expected on website. Everything looked clean and in order, Good quality products. Pctshop would not disappoint you.

Since the site has been updated I'am unable to log into my account. I have messaged pctshop on the site 3 times about this issue with no response. I'm awaiting a much needed order and can not veiw tracking information or confirm it has even been shipped because of the new site not recognizing my screen name after being a customer for 5 years now.

Shipping is great, products are great, no issue with payment. Great communication.

Great communication along the way. First time purchaser. Pricing is a little better than your competitor.

When I reached out about my order they contacted me immediately and handled the situation quickly. Was very thankful the way they handled it they did not have to do what they did but went beyond what was called for to fix the problem.
