My laptop arrived on time, but I couldn't use it and support from PC'S FOR PEOPLE was below acceptable standards. Emailed replies I received from support were curt, at best, and never included reliable information. I had to hire a local 3rd party for tech support. Now that my laptop is finally operating, I've found that the space bar sticks - and the main reason I purchased this laptop was for writing and not gaming. I remain incredibly dissatisfied with both product and lack of friendly and knowledgeable support.

I ordered an "upgraded" hotspot, & it did not work in my place, so I returned it to them - brand new, all packaging & parts, & they never refunded my money. They kept the $65.00, and I could get no help from them. They just decided to rob me. I used to love these guys. The Denver location was so awesome & helpful, but I left Denver, so had to purchase online, & I cannot say the same about the people at the main office. They are straight-up thieves.

I asked whether I could cancel an order that hadn't shipped yet. Support told me they would check with the fulfillment location and get back to me. Instead, the next message I received said the order had already been canceled and refunded. I never confirmed that I wanted them to proceed. I then called and was told they couldn't restore the order because the computer was no longer available. Whatever your interpretation of my original question, if you're going to tell a customer you'll check and get back to them, don't make the decision for them before doing so.

I recently purchased a laptop from PCs for People which I have not received yet but I have purchased 2 computers from them in the past. One laptop and one desktop for my daughter. I loved the fact that we were able to purchase Microsoft Suite for $20, which is a steal. We had our computers for around 4 years and only toward the end did my laptop slow down but it was significantly older by then (in electronics years). I definitely feel that I received my moneys' worth and then some. I look forward to receiving my new laptop, which is a replacement for the old one. (it did not stop working I just decided that it was time to upgrade.)

Quality business grade computers at very affordable prices. Would definitely recommend buy from them.

The problem I am having is the internet service itself. I spent a whole day trying to connect my laptop to the internet. It kept going on and off. I had to restart both laptop and modem over and over to get connection to internet. Luckily, I am retired and stay home all day. It was a very annoying experience. I am switching internet service. It is costing me more but I hope I am going to get better service. I guess you get what you pay for.

Purchased a optiplex 3060 windows 11, 8gb desktop with 22" monitor, stand & included keyboard and mouse 3 weeks ago, sadly computer doesn't work, the monitor was the wrong size and the stand is also faulty, I called sent pictures as proof and was told that all looked fine and am not able to get a free return label nor my money, I have started dispute however they claim to help and this experience I feel I was robbed. I would not refer anyone to purchase ftom this site. Oh I had to give 1 star, but they do not deserve it.

Computer works good but they gave me 2 broken monitors. I was supposed to get a working monitor. Don't trust these people to send you a good monitor. I wouldn't have spent my money if I knew the monitor's didn't work. Go elsewhere if you're looking for a working monitor.
