A computer is only as good as the people who support it.
On two occasions, I have had to resort to calling and talking with a technical support person. Both times I came away with good information that has helped to solve my problems. My Problems stem primarily from lack of knowledge about the computer. The technicians have been most cordial and have set down my concerns with straight forward and simple solutions. I really appreciate the quality of your technical support. Buying a computer always ignites anxiety in me for not knowing what and how much of it I need. Your configuration process checked the configuration I was assembling as I added components. Then, it adjusted the remaining options available to the machine. That was very nice to experience, and know at the end that everything was mutually compatible. Will I buy from PCSP again? You bet I will, and I'll encourage my friends to buy from PCSP as well.
