I was shipped the wrong part number/item. I called to get the correct part. Customer service told me i had to just return it. then they would credit it and i can then place an order for a a new one. If you couldnt get the part number correct from the get go, how would i trust you again to reorder? I will pass on this vendor. Never ordering again from them.

Received The next day

I found a great product on PC Nation's website, however I was fooled by the pictures posted. I was looking for a specific backpack which was depicted in the item listing online but I failed to look farther down in the fine print to see that it was a different model than the one that was pictured. The title of the listing was too vague to include the specific model as well so I thought I was getting the one I originally sought out for. The price was great though so all said and done the purchase was worth it. I would just say that PC Nation should do a better job of accurately describing and providing correct product pictures for their item listings.
