Everything you read bad about PC Nations is true, and possibly worse. Be careful because they might be scammers. I've never experienced such a weird and poor service from a US-based retailer. This is run very amateurly and you'll have stress if not financial loss. I placed an order online. Tried to pay with credit card and it showed "invalid merchant id" which means their website might be kind of abandoned. Then, I used PayPal and it went through. Never heard back, but charge stayed on my card. I contacted their customer service, was slow to answer, and then (get ready to read this) I was requested to pay via Wire Transfer (!). Order was paid with PayPal, and after contacting them I'm told to do a wire transfer to pay for an US-based online order. Absolutely crazy and actually feels like a scam attempt. If it's really a business, it's very poorly managed.

They had a printer - granted for much less than the competition, but also with fewer options and accessories. I ordered it, then they called me and told me it wouldn't work unless I paid them an extra $1700 for "activation" I consider them deceptive

Buyer beware. In a day of some exceptional customer service. PC Nation charged us $16.98 for canceling an order on the same day.

I've had to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company to get my money back as PCNation has stopped correspondence despite the fact I NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE.

Purchased 3 units Pos-X Ion 2D scanners. Order total was over $900.00. One of the scanners was defective right out of the box. Called PC Nation and they wanted to charge me for an entire new unit until I returned the defective unit. Then after PC Nation received their defective unit back, they wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee on their defective unit. I called Pos-X directly and informed them of what happened. They sent me out a replacement scanner with no restocking fee. It all worked out, but will not buy from PC Nation again.

Pc nation is a scam I lost $1100 never got my order

Made a purchase on their site. Get a voicemail the next day that I need to contact them back or they will cancel my order. Called them back and they stated I needed to wire them the money for the order or they will cancel the order. Told them I’m not wiring them the money it’s already pending on my credit card. They cancelled my order.

I ordered a gaming monitor for my son for Christmas. When it was plugged in, the screen was cracked. The item was returned and I received a message stating I returned a different item than was shipped to me. The serial numbers they sent were one digit off. So Either I happened to have another monitor at my home that was one digit off and I returned that one or someone at the Ups drop off happened to have a monitor with a one digit off serial number and somehow switched them…..I was then charged a restocking fee of $318.00 on a product that was supposedly a different product then what they shipped. Do not use this company!
