cannot down load, not user friendly.

I ordered Windows 10 Professional and was provided a key. After installation, the key would not authenticate. Microsoft reported the key was already in use. I tried contacting customer support by email. The email was returned as undeliverable. Tried calling the customer support line. There is no identifying greeting, only goes on hold with music.

I have yet to receive the item I purchased.

I wrote to you a half hour after I mistakenly ordered the windows 10 update and asked you to cancel the order. I am unable to upgrade to 10 because my computer is too old. Someone responded and said they would get back to me, but never did, instead, you charged me and sent it anyway. I am displeased with your tactics and will be sending it back.

Have not receive long to download software

Where is my damned software???? I was supposed to get a key to open it immediately. I did not. I am still waiting for the software to be delivered electronically. It has not appeared. They are supposedly waiting for payment to clear...it was paid by credit card which cleared immediately.
