Pcmasters Shop appears to be selling computer software that will not load on your PC, without jumping through many hoops. It is fine if you a are computer wiz, but a real pain in the butt if you are not. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered Windows 10 Pro and received an invalid License Key. Tried calling but gave up waiting on hold. Tried emailing and making a request via website with no response. This is bad customer service even by today's standard!
