Worked out good
Windows ten at great price , I upgraded from Windows 7 , Had to use online chat on what to do . Chat agent e mailed me instructions and it loaded fine. Took a long time ,But is working fine

I'm reasonably computer literate.
They delivered an official Microsoft licensed product (Office) at an incredible price. I was able to install without any support, however it was cumbersome. I had to call Microsoft and work through a 54 digit input If you'rereasonably computer literate, and are willing to invest a half hour, it'sa great deal. I would order from them again..

Everything went great until activation…
Everything went great until activation when opening any of the applications I typed in the product ID a message was displayed that it could not activate because it was already activated and ony one PC was allowed on this license. This was the first install on one PC, contacted Microsoft product support they help me get it activated, It's a pretty long process the software displays a bunch of numbers I had to tell the support tech ect..
