Easy to purchase a license. Had trouble getting one to install properly, and the chat feature helped get that accomplished. Excellent experience and top notch customer support.

The key did not work at first but I was able to talk with a person through the little message bubble. Talked to Gary I think? He asked me for a couple things and told me to try the new key and everything works perfect.

I had an issue with windows 10 key that didn't activate. I reached out to customer service and they were super responsive on contacting me back and resolving my issue!

First I bought the wrong version. They sorted that out immediately. Then I had activation problems. They proceeded to sort that out as well. The whole thing took a couple of days, through no fault of theirs, but all was unicorns and rainbows in the end. They stuck with me the whole time. I would highly recommend these guys and will absolutely buy from them again.
