Although I chose the wrong product that wasn’t suitable to my computer’s system, the customer service was so helpful. They helped me to choose the right product, made the exchange for me and guide me step by step to install it. They used to reply to all my emails. I highly recommend pcmasters.

My purchase was easy which is saying something. I had attempted to use another site (unnamed intentially) and every step was an issue. Once I got my key-code, it didn't work. (OH NO!) I messaged the chat which was already at the corner with the issue and my order verification number. Glenn responded IMMEDIATELY and in language that I instantly knew I was talking to a person and not a bot. He was kind, walked me through each step, made phone calls for me. In TWELVE minutes he had me up and running. I don't expect busness to go perfectly every time. (I also seem to be the person that things never work as intented on so I have a lot of experience dealing with customer service.) The integrity of a company and the individuals working for a company is really shown when there are problems. Glenn made my "problem" a minor hiccup. Because of that, I'll be back for any of my future needs.
