Pcmasters ShopReviews of pcmasters-shop.com

I needed a windows 10 pro product key and didn't want to pay almost $100... I read the reviews on here and majority of people said the key they received didn't work BUT customer service fixed it right away... So I took at $20 chance... Got the key instantly, did NOT work lol.... I thought great, I got scammed... called customer support, read the error message.. they called Microsoft for me and within 8 minutes, my computers OS was activated... Thank you Alexander...

Service was great and the issue I had was resolved immediately. Instructions were provided very straight forward. Excellent service.

It would help if instructions for the download were provided upon ordering for the product. Otherwise, once I got the instructions, it was very helpful and successful.
