I bought 2 licenses (Windows 10 and office) and they didn't work the first time! Your chat service had to intervene for me. Your customer service is impeccable and they have still settled my problem quickly.

The product is very nice, it did take some time in shipping or I would give it 5 stars

I previously gave it 1 star because the first key did not work. Support was good and relatively quick. The second key I was issued worked fine. I would give 5 stars except for the first key not working.
