I purchased some software from Pcmasters. It downloaded just fine but i had an issue getting the software authenticated. I got on on the chat sight and the customer service person walked me through the entire procedure. I couldn't be happier...

Alexander was super patient as we navigated the activation issue. I was working via remote desktop, so it was slow as heck, but he said to take my time as went back and fourth and finally must have contacted Microsoft and resolved the matter.

Having downloaded and installed W10Pro directly from MS, could not activate it. Did several hours of search for reputable company dealing in activation keys. Settled on PC Masters, especially since they linked through Newegg. WOW! Both phone and chat service was quick and proficient and friendly. Purchased a key and it showed up immediately in my email account (the one that another etailer said 'didn't exist, wasn't valid' last night). Entered the code in the activation window and about 15 seconds (!!)later W10Pro was activated: No contact with Microsoft nor PC Masters was needed. I am not really used to this EXCELLENT level of service.
