It seems to have installed ok. I had to do a telephone activation of the software, but that was not dificult. We don't use the software very often so it was the right price.

I did have a little bit of trouble activating my purchase, but the employee who helped me was very nice, and solved my issue right away! Thank you so much! The product is exactly as described and I am very pleased with my purchase! Wish I'd known about them years ago.

Instant access to the download and key. The real savor was the Tool app that allows you to make a disk or USB boot drive. Thankfully I had a USB drive. The OS iso would not burn without a dual layer DVD. A+

Great support. Matt was outstanding. I'm not the best at downloads, exe., etc. but Matt was there to coach me and get my product up an rolling. It was quick and very responsive in terms of support. Great job.
