I was very happy with the price! However, I had problems when I went to install the product. It said that the key had already been used. I had to call Microsoft to get it useable.

Good product support.

Being old and not understanding how fast things change doesn’t help working with only using texting messages back and forth. In my haste I put a bad review out giving this company one star. I guess my problem was a new way of installing windows I haven’t done before. Years behind the power curve. This company was on the spot getting back with me communicating my next step in updating my windows software. My problem was me! Not them. Sorry Everything is working like they said. Maybe just a little consideration to explain on a personal note and not just throwing the information out dry and thinking that we meaning me understands what’s going on. 4 stars for that reason. Again mostly my fault. Thanks for getting back to me so quick!!

5 stars, if I didn't have to contact Microsoft. The product key,you supplied, was for the home addition, not the pro edition, that I received. Windows 10 is now activated.

I've always been a bit wary of digital downloads, but this site is a perfect 2 for 2.

The price was great! Quick delivery online. The only problem I have ever had with PC Masters is activating the software. The only surefire way is by telephone. The internet method has almost never worked for me. When you get to the Activation dialog box, and it asks you how you want to activate, click on "By Phone" and Next. A set of codes will be sent to your phone, and you just re-enter them on your computer in the Activation dialog. Works every time, and does not require a phone call or chat with tech support.
