The price of the product is great. But every single time I manually activate a Win 10 Pro license, it ALWAYS comes back with license already in use. Then you need to call Microsoft and go through the manual access steps.

Our phone line is operating 24/7. Sadly you haven't added a phone number to your account and we can not give you a callback. You can also contact us through chat and email. All our representatives are available 24/7

The order process, flawless (Win10 Pro and Win11Pro licenses). Activation for Win 10 failed, tech sent new key and was successful. Activation for Win 11 failed, tech sent instructions this time to call Microsoft activation (customer should not have to go this route), after 10-15 minutes typing in ID codes, Win 11 now activated too. Gave a lower score just because of the leg work I had to do in order to get the OS's activated.
