Pcmasters ShopReviews of pcmasters-shop.com

The download went off without a hitch. Used the option to create install media. The license was accepted, and our long-expired Windows 7 PC is now running Windows 10

It was an easy process. I got exactly what I wanted quickly and easily. I will be with dealing with you again thank you.

easy to find stuff on your website, had just what i needed, reasonably priced and flawless transaction, STELLAR CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!! Special thanks to Jae for her patience and guidance through the software install.

No hassle great price

Great experience with PC Masters. I worked with them through both email and chat. Phone is an option too. I didn't try it but I'm guessing that would be a great experience as well. Email support got back to me quickly with the info I requested. And then Alexander when online chatting went above and beyond to get us back up and running. I don't leave reviews often but had to this time.

i used to do my own computer tweaking, but had a bad headache spell that disabled me and its hard to think at times. the guys at PC Masters walked me through all my many issues, and got me up and running. my laptop was so outdated, slow and almost, can compare to, a bad headache day, but staff and support was patient and knowledgeable. i'm so happy to have my old laptop acting normal again.

great customer service

Bought Microsoft Windows 10 license. Find t work automatically had to do the phone registration thing. Took some time but in the end it worked and I’m happy I didn’t have to pay big bucks for a license.
