From beginning to end with first purchase...perfect in every way. Next purchase no so perfect. Still unable to come away with win 10. installed. Otherwise still satisfied.

Purchased Windows 10 & Office to upgrade from Windows 7. I needed help with both installations and received immediate answer at their help line and friendly assistance that got the issues resolved first time. Very satisfied with this company…they are the real deal !!

I checked your business with BBB and found out it was an A+ rated business. You were straight up in representing your product. Great experience.

The response of PCmasters Shop to my problem was quick and worked great.
