Still no refund and no response

After purchase I worked with an agent to get it to work but unfortunately my computer was too far gone and I had to get rid of my entire computer. So naturally I asked for a refund. After several emails into them and a phone call I finally was told they would give me 80 percent back and the other 20 would be to cover their online costs?? I never used the product and it’s not up to me to make their business continue. Also nowhere on their refund policy does it say “ oh by the way we will always need 20 percent to do business” lol. Still haven’t seen a refund.

i purchased a windows 10 key i thought was oem but it would not authenticate. took my money didnt work.

I have not received the download for Windows 10. What gives.

Windows failed to activate even after second code was issued to me... #3734 order.. From Microsoft, " you don't have a valid digital license or Product Key " I downloaded Win 10 pro right from Microsoft's web site.. Any other suggestions ?

Do not purchase this. It will take you to a windows website that you can download windows for free.
