charged for a download of Windows 11 -which failed to load after attempting to install & charged for the software with no way to get a refund.

All I can say is this: They could not figure out how to find me in their system when my product did not arrive. However, they found my bank account easily and charged it. So ... infer what you will, lol.

I was sold a windows product key that was invalid. I asked for a refund and now I'm in the loop. I'll accept that I'm just out $30. Now i'm hoping my card information isn't going to be used by this company, or any affiliates, in the future.

Code didn’t work. I requested refund and support team did not respond to my request

Key code invalid....got several from chat support none worked

The technicians did an astounding job of trying to get the OS windows 10 installed on my computer. I give them a ten. Unfortunately they could not get it installed they worked about 6 hrs. But the fact that they could not find a solution is why it is a 1 star for failure to solve the problem The website indicates that if a solution cannot be found then a refund will be given. I expect a full refund but another customer indicated they take 20% off and she is still waiting for the refund. Is this false advertising?

the product key won't work. tried uninstalling & reinstalling 5 or 6 times

Key did not work. After hours on phone with Microsoft key invalidity not resolved and refundability void.
