Very bad service from start to finish! Horrible UI, slow on responses and not doing anything right! Do yourself a favor and use ANY other factoring company!

I dont understand how they can call themselves a factoring company. They dont even have an option to upload a batch of invoices on the portal. You have to send it by email. Beware the contract, as they basically dont do much collections, you will end up doing it yourself. Even though you tell them not to renew the contract, they will renew it so make sure you have a good lawyer if you even consider them. Dont be fooled, there is a very valid reason why their fee is low.

Very unprofessional! I do not recommend conducting any sort of business with this company! If I could give this company zero stars, I would!!!

Horrible experience, we worked for 6 months for them and they keep us as hostages with stupid contracts. So many families depends on our trucking company and they are not letting us go. I dont know why they are keeping unhappy customer instead letting us factor with somebody else. IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
